Reduce Your Fuel Costs

One of the most simple yet often overlooked way is to simply tighten your gas cap. This simple act can save you hundreds as gas evaporates from your tank. When your fuel evaporates it reduces your gas mileage, sometimes by as much as 10%. That is literally like burning money.

Another reason to tighten your cap is to avoid contaminants such as dirt and water getting into your tank. This may be very costly as the engine can seise up or you need to have your fuel filter changed. Either one is very costly.
